The line was wrapped around the store. They have inefficient check out system, that makes shopping difficult because the line is blocking the shopping lanes. 4 lanes are open but you have to stand in one lane until called. Dumb!
I made a 1:00 appointment with Petsmart in Amarillo for my Zoey I had her in Lubbock in October and gave them the new rabies vaccination info they put it in their system when we got to the groomers they wanted her vaccination record and I told them about it was on file with Lubbock and the girl told me it wasn’t there so we try to call our vet and he is gone for a funeral and I asked the lady to call Lubbock and her exact answer was it won’t do any good it’s not in OUR system and Lubbock is in our system and she went on to t... read more
Stores that don’t require staff and shoppers to follow state mandates and federal recommendations about wearing masks will no longer get my business.
When I was shopping for some items for my new beta, I overheard 1 female talking talking to the other assoc. about an incident that happened the day before, and I Realized they were talking about my daughter. I do not know what conspired between them 2 but, that gives her NO REASON TO TALK ABOUT SOMEONE WHEN THERE ARE CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE, AND I HAPPENED TO BE THE MOTHER OF WHOM SHE WAS TALKING BAD ABOUT.. SMH.. 🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡

Definitely wouldn't recommend the grooming salon. The staff is rude & unprofessional, they didn't even trim my dogs nails even though I payed for it.
I was at the Amarillo store on May 31 2019, your employee,Hannah I believe was her name, was so helpful, caught a mistake on items I purchased, corrected it and apologized for it and I will definitely be back actually every one was helpful

Lexi is awesome...Best customer service I've had ever in any store. very friendly and a great help. she helped me get multiple items throughout the store. more people need skills like her. I will be back as long as she doesn't leave
