This location is amazing. The manager Ashley is one of the nicest store managers of any store I have ever been in. The ease of being able utilize the Banfield Vet Office as well as the PetSmart on site grooming salon makes everything so much easier. A one stop shop for all your pets needs. I drive past several other large pet supply stores just to come to this location.
My kids and I went to get a hamster ... My kids want to hold one before we purchased one ... The ladies told them she would be right over ... So I started looking for cages,food and other items it was going to need... My kids was like I don't think she is coming. So I went and ask for help she was like ok I will be over there in the min... Keep in min this is 5 mins later. So we left and I returned and ask for the head office number then everyone was like can I help u... Great store. Clean and helpful employees. Most departments are very well stocked and laid out.
Love having a vet and groomer in one place. Great friendly service on all ends. Overall I'm very happy with the Pet smart in my neighborhood.
