The grooming that was done turned out AWFUL! My dog had some skin issues on her back but the groomer took out a chunk of hair on her leg leaving a very noticable hole. I complained with no resolution. I can provide a photo!
Thank you for carry chicken feed. Not just one kind but 6 different kinds. I also love I can take my animals in. My dog feels empowered by going into the store. All your employees remember us.
I've never had a problem with any Petsmart, or their grooming dept., dog training classes, or Banfield vet services. In fact, Banfield did an awesome job helping me say good bye to my beloved cat this evening. I couldn't ask for more caring Dr or staff! I've been doing business with them for years. My service dog gets special treatment like all pets do. Their programs at Banfield has made it much more affordable. Thank you Pet Smart & Banfield staff for all you do.
Because of our Regency Petsmart we are able to provide wet food for so many of our furbabies at Animal Care and Protective Services! Thank you for caring so much!
