I adopted a dog from a rescue.. the people at the rescue told me to come to PetSmart here in Lady Lake.. I have been here the last two days in a row and the same person was working on the cash register. I don't know why but the last two times I've been here I get the feeling that she talks to everybody like we aren't wanted in HER store. I'm not sure if she's unhappy with her job or if she just feels that she is more important than other people..? I work at a retirement home and I know I have pretty thick skin... I took my lab in for a bath. They charged me $45 and I thought there was a discount for bringing her at 4:30pm. Little disappointed
I have to give a shout-out to Rose Ann who did a wonderful job grooming our little Ollie. He is 14 years old, has only one eye and is blind in the remaining eye. Not only did he look great, but I can tell they were gentle with him. He showed no signs of being stressed at all. Thank you!
