Took our girls (french bulldogs) in for a pedicure
Today we picked up two online orders from the Lady Lake, Florida PetSmart and also shopped for some additional items while we were in the store. We received outstanding customer service from both Jesse and Kim. They were extremely helpful in locating stock, processing our transactions and making us feel like valued customers. We hope to receive surveys via email so we can let management know what a wonderful job they are both doing.
The Lady that is a Manager at this store. She is rude won't take the time to stop and answer your questions. She looks dirty and very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend shopping here at all.

These people SUCK!!!! They do not care about your animals. Just your MONEY!!!!!
We took our dog to the groomers in Petsmart, she came out injured, scared, and wouldn't eat or drink for days on end. We will never use your groomers again.
