A huge thank you to Emily at the PCB store! She took all the time we needed to meet each guinea pig and decide on a forever friend to bring home! I called to ask if they could get my dog in for a grooming, I let them know that he was going to have to be pit down and we wanted to give him a day of special treatment. unfortunately I was told that "if the dog is going to be put down than he has too many medical problems for them to take him in" what kind of response is that?! needless to say I'll be going else where from now on!
My name is Terri Langston. I always take my dog to Pet Smart on the beach to a groomer and every week I buy cat and dog food at Pet Smart on the beach. They gave me a 10 off coupon and after I pick up my dog from the groomer I ASKED the groomer when they do cats and she said Monday thru Thursday. Today I call and the groomer that does the cats was rude with me and said she only does them Monday and Tuesday and she is off Wednesday and Thursday. The coupon says Monday through Thursday too. Terrible customer service. I was upcharged 14.00 because she was difficult to groom because she kept laying down. She has three legs, genius. Maybe next time tell someone the charge is necessary before you begin. Her cut is terrible and patchy. She's been there before and never had an issue. I will be disputing the charge. $74.00 is ridiculous for a dog.
First off went in there to buy a bird bath for my parakeets wanted to charge almost $15 for the birdbath previously it was only for $8. Went back to the store to get some more toys found a treat ball for a dog at the large one for 1799 went online it was only for 1299 same exact thing I can't understand why y'all Jack the prices up here on Panama City Beach. I believe that is called price gouging.
Every time our Yorkie, Lily, goes for a “spa day” they take such good care of her. She always look amazing, too!
I always go to Petsmart for dog food but today was my first time letting my rescue doggie get groomed there. He has only been groomed once since I got him and the experience wasn’t positive so I’ve been hesitant about taking him somewhere to get groomed again. Needless to say the staff was professional and catered to my nervous boy. They were very tolerant of me being a “helicopter mom” and hanging around the store and grooming salon.
