To be clear, I do not recommend THIS petsmart. I have been getting my dogs groomed at petsmart for years and have always loved it. We took them to the Panama city location and they came back not smelling clean, still shedding like crazy ( we get the furminator package for this exact reason) and worst of all... One of my dogs got fleas. I called the manager and was informed that "they clean so that's impossible. Maybe she walked through grass." We took our Labrador in to be groomed. We picked him up and he smelled the same as when we dropped him off. We have never had this experience. Normally when we pick him up he looks and smells great. I expect to get what I paid for and obviously I didn’t.
I love animals and they give good employees service

Marissa at the Panama City store was so very helpful today as I ran out of dog food amid the CoVid-19 outbreak. I thank her for being patient with me and helping me by phone to get my online order correct.
Horrible, horrible experience! I took my choc lab in to get groomed, full service; when I got her back I noticed nicks on her skin here and there. By weeks end, I had to take her to the veterinarian! The nicks had become smelly sores and the surrounding hair had started falling out. She had to get treated for staff infection, shots and oral antibiotics. Cost near $200. Really not what I wanted in the full service! So, no, I would NOT recommend Pet Smart to my worst enemy! Sincerely, X patron
Horrible customer service and even worse service for your pet! It’s Worse than a car dealership they quote you a price over the phone to get you to come in then once you get there is four times more! And the manager on duty refused to honor the quote that they gave me over the phone! Horrible customer service!
