Was promised a hold on a kitten for my grandmother who just had her 19 year old cat pass. Got there at the time I was told to and they told us that we weren't allowed to adopt.

I used to buy all of my fish here but I won't anymore. I waited patiently to buy some feeder fish behind another couple. Then a lady shows up to buy crickets and the associate starts helping her instead. Ok, I let that go. I'm still standing there while a 2nd associate shows up to answer more questions about the crickets. Petsmart hosted an adoption event by The Walden Humane Society on May 15th and helped the volunteers out. They donated a very LARGE amount of food for them. Every day Petsmart has cats from Walden for adoption. I saw store personnel tending to the dogs brought in by the volunteers. They couldn't do enough. It was inspiring. I learned that at least this Petsmart no longer buys small animals like hamsters, guinea pigs, and mice. They are looking for a Rescue organization for those animals so they can be adopted out as well. Th... read more
We took our toy poodle to Pet Smart for the 1st time for a much needed grooming. When we picked him up he looked so cute. May was our groomer and did such a great job! Will definitely go back to have him groomed there again.
