phenomenal customer service. took my 11 yr old to get his first bearded dragon yesterday. We were pleasantly surprised when a worker (Yerlin) helped us. he was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We took up a bit of his time for sure, but we left fully confident in how to care for our new edition. :) THANK YOU!

Great place but went there the other day and had some lady with a bad temper and not a bit nice up at register. And then I noticed that she had the word bitch tattooed onto her arm and completely visible. What a disgrace to see that.

I usually really enjoy going to this store. They seem to use the same strategy as Walmart when it comes to having cashiers, but I think that is at all Petmarts, not just this one. I’d like to see better signage for the aisles while you are walking down the center aisle. Please fix the exit door. It no longer works automatically. You have to push it. The one true blessing at this store is Chris Brown, your trainer. That man is special when it comes to helping pets and pet parents.
I have my wheaten terrier groomed at this location. They always do a great job. May is an awesome groomer, our male Arthur is not an easy boy. He always comes home looking great. Thank you again May for fixing him up tonight.
