Went to PetSmart in Pelham yesterday to get BB groomed for the first time and certainly THE LAST! I went against my better judgement because I had no time to get to a place I had a referral for (�). I had an 8 AM appt. and arrived a little late (8:20). BB had her rabies tag given by the Vet but Pet Smart insisted that they wouldn't take her unless they spoke directly to her Vet. The entire experience was outstanding. Coco, enjoyed her top dog, grooming. I would recommend the grooming, day camp, and the hotel..Coco loves her some PetSmart (Pelham, NY).
My family just adopted a Boxer 3 weeks ago. Things have changed since the last time I had a dog. I can't thank the staff at PetSmart Pelham for all their help in answering my questions. It is really a 1 stop shop. I just had Bruno groomed yesterday and they were wonderful. I am making a vet appointment there too at Banfield too. Why go anywhere else. I cannot thank you all enough for all your help in making Bruno comfortable.
My dog loves it here and so do we. They take very good care of him, doggie camp is alot of fun for him and he has the Banfield hospital right there as well just in case. Would recommend to anyone to bring their pet here.
