I’ve never had a problem here and yet this happened ! I booked a grooming appt for my dog (see picture) as I always do online. I get a call to confirm my appointment and the time has changed in addition to what I wanted to get done for my dog. Immediately I call back and explain to them my Appt was for this time , they explain to me that there was a time change -_-. Obviously I booked that time because that’s what worked for me. My pet was one of the many dogs that have died during their grooming within the last few years. Pet owners ... PLEASE BEWARE💔
I took my Minnie 🐶 she's a Yorkie only 1 year and 3 months there on April 7, 2018 for her 1st grooming and Lorie did a great job with her.
