Not charging the wrong prices. I was just in and purchased 6 bully sticks I questioned the girl she said they were 10.99 each I said I was in the other day and they were not that much. I came home and checked online the price. https://www.petsmart.com/…/barkworthies-double-cut-12-bully… They at 7.99 and say a 5% discount if you pick up at the store! Not good!
Amazing store! I love the quality and selection of everything this store has to offer. Has the lowest prices compared to other PetSmart stores. My only complaint is that one of the store managers didn't know what a rain check was or how to provide someone with one. Other than that I've had absolutely no complaints with this franchise or their app (which helps even more to save money). Thanks, PetSmart!

I love Sterling petsmart! Only place I have ever taken my current dog for grooming! They are so kind and amazing at what they do! I have taken other dogs to other groomers and have had average experiences. But EVERY TIME I take my Nash to petsmart I am very pleased with the work. I have recently moved close to 50 minutes away from sterling and still plan on taking Nash to Sterling petsmart even though there is one now closer to where I live! Excellent service!
