RecommendedI am a volunteer at Happy Tails animal shelter.The shelter director Donald called and asked you to put a sign up stating we needed wet dog food.Your store stepped up and donated wet dog and some dry food.We were completely out of wet food and we use it everyday to administer meds.Your store and the staff are amazing.You go out of the way to help whenever asked.Thank you for your generosity to the shelter. Went in on 12/28/19 to meet some of the cats up for adoption. Put in an application for the cat I selected and was told I would be contacted within 24-48 hours. Never heard anything and later learned through the original adoption agency (who is not at fault) that 2 applications were submitted for that particular cat. Yet I was not notified of this when in the store. The other applicant got that cat and I had to break that news sadly to my 6 year old boy. Thanks for the letdown petsmart......

Wonderful, I am extremely impressed with the visits to some of our classrooms from AJ(not sure of spelling). He has been absolutely fabulous with our students and tailoring the presentation to their understanding. thank you
