We took our cat in two days ago to get her booster shots. Two days later she has fleas. Your receptionist said the fleas could have come from a.) a dog which we don’t have b.) if our cat is outdoors which she is not c.) the fleas could have come from our clothes outside. If we took her into your store just two days ago, there is no other explanation that the fleas came from YOUR location, not us.
They are always so friendly and so accommodating!!!
Horrible experience at pet hotel. Both my dogs got Giardia with only staying there 2 nights? What kind of sick joke is that? Minus about $800 for boarding and vet bills. Will not return.
My dog's groomer has been great. Tasha is fab!
