I called Sunday to see if they could possibly do a nail trim for my bulldog. They not only squeezed me in for a 3pm appt, they called back 10 minutes later saying I could come in ASAP, this was the day of a bad snow storm (was just starting to snow at that point). Tiffany and Shaina (hope I spelled their names correctly) did a great job. His poor nails were super long, my vet usually does this and his next appt is in a week but I didn’t want to wait. great place to get all your pet needs
So why stop by petsmart today pick up some supplies for my animals one of which was the 36 pack of greenie. I get home and open the Box and there was only one bag in there so folks double check the Box before you buy but regardless when I returned to the store Explain the situation she actually gave me the 54 piece Box no extra charge from for the hassle so yes I recommend petsmart above and beyond Great customer service
The goth person who handles the fish was very rude and unprofessional. They rolled there eyes and huffing noises! Rude Rude Rude!
Amazing staff, always takes such good care of us! Management is excellent all the way down the line is so caring and attentive! PetSmart pet hotel staff also rocks and takes great care of our dogs - we always feel worry free leaving them in such good hands!
They are all girls and They are mixed with pit bull and German shepherd and they have all their shots message me if ur interested
