I will NEVER return to this store!!!! I use to only buy all my pet needs here (2 cats and 1 dog). In the last 6-8 months Everything I buy for my pets have doubled in price when everywhere else they have stayed the same or have actually decreased in price. YOU AS A COMPANY SHOULD BE ASHAMED..... You are ripping off your Customers plain and simple!!!!!!
people at downingtown store are really rude.i buy all my pet items there.Bought treats for my parrot that said 3.49 sale.was last bag and was the item on sale.check out girl with dark hair said sign was an error.took it down and refused to sell to me at sale price.
We have been getting our five dogs groomed for a few years. Today, June 24, 2015 I arrived with two dogs for our 12:30 appointment. Another person arrived with her dog just prior to me. She walked up to the front door with her dog and turned around and came back to her car. Sign at the door said PetSmart was closed, no power. Too bad the store manager did think it would be nice to use his/her telephone to call the customers that had appointments of the problem.
