I just had my 1 year old german shepherd puppy there to get his nails clipped and the male and female groomer completely manhandled and pretty much abused my dog. He has been bathed there many times before today and each time I pick him up I ask the groomer if he was good getting his nails clipped and they always say he was great. I did not recognize these two groomers. Today I heard him barking and crying so I went around to watch him from the window and saw the male groomer holding my dog by the head and shaking from side ... read more

5 stars ⭐️ Mocha loves coming here. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Terrible experience . Horrible customer service. I moved to the area and tried using this location for grooming - grooming salon is great but the staff who work at the store including the manager is very ignorant. Don't recommend this location at all.
Wow so disappointed had our girl groomed today, specifically starred the cellphone number to call for pickup.........they called the house......we called and at first they didn't acknowledge our dogs appointment and then said oh yeah she's here and she's ready, picked her up no report card no bows and her cut is not up to par either SO DISAPPOINTED
I am done going to this store . Getting someone to help has finally hit an all time low. Twice in three weeks I came in for crickets . I didn't not mind waiting, what do mind is when another person gets help for the same thing I have been waiting for . This time I said something to the woman who came to help someone who wasn't there more then 30 seconds gets help.
