I made it all the way to the store today just minutes before closing and I picked up our pet food, swooned over a little chincilla and went to the check out only to realize I left my wallet at home. The ladies were understanding and helpful offering several possible solutions from Apple pay, check book, phone order or the final option ordering online and setting to pickup in store. The ladies waited patiently while I placed the order and then voila problem solved. I appreciate the help and excellent customer service!

Our dogs are regulars at the Pet Hotel and they love it there! I never feel bad leaving them because they love the staff and have a blast every time. Bridget is the best and she really helped us out on more than a few occasions and the other staffers are awesome too. I cant remember the girls name but, the one with the red hair is also great. They are passed out on the couch right now! So thank you all from Nigel and Jack Moran!
