Best place ever to take your dog! We’ve been taking our dog here for 8 years. Everyone is so kind, caring, and personable. They truly care about and love your pet!

I can't recommend the North Olmsted PetsHotel highly enough! Indy has a blast every time he's there for day camp (he likes it better there than home!) and we know we can trust the entire staff to take excellent care of him whenever we have to leave him overnight. Thanks so much for everything you guys do!
Yesterday was my lil girl Roxie's 1st stay at the hotel. Every staff member from beginning to end was very sweet. Also everytime I called and checked on her they were happy to answer. The best part was they posted pics of her as well as gave me a doogie progress report of her stay. We look forward to using this place for future stays.
We've been bringing our pup, Luna, here for about a year now, and we couldn't be happier! Luna loves spending the occasional weekend here, and always comes home tired and happy. The fact that the facility has staff on site 24 hours a day gives us peace of mind, and we love it when they post pictures and videos of her having fun while we're away. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone!
We love petsmart in north Olmsted and all the staff !!! They take good care of our little pup ej and he loves going to see all his friends at day camp !! Highly recommend everyone to come and play and Check them out ! They're the best
