RecommendedI love the team at petsmart! From the first day l have felt comfortable bringing my dog julie for doggie daycamp! She was a little shy the first day, but now she loves going and seeing her people friends and her doggie friends! They are super friendly and I love the pawgress reports they give each day! You guys are awesome!
Our dog Cooper loves going to the PetSmart PetsHotel and Pet Camp. They take wonderful care of him and he is excited to go every time. He also gets his hair cut there and they do a great job with him! Their entire staff is terrific!
I absolutely LOVE the Pets Hotel inside Pet Smart in North Olmsted! My boy, Boomer, has benefited so much from his trips here. The wonderful staff have helped with his separation anxiety, socialization and have even helped with his manners. Everyone here is extremely friendly and willing to go above and beyond for their customers (human and pets!) And the “hotel rooms” are very clean! I have and will continue to recommend this Pets Hotel! �
This is the only place I'll trust with my fur baby P-nut. Thank you PetSmart staff for all you do!
Completely satisfied from start to finish. My Beagle, Mika, went there for her first time and clearly loved it! (She’s been out sleeping since I put her in the car to come home a few hours ago!) The staff is great. Every person was so attentive, kind & made sure not only Mika was comfortable but myself as well. We will definitely be a repeat customer!
