Best Groomer ever! Love PetSmart!!! They always give back & help rescue animals!!!
Terrible experience with the groomer. It was so bad that after dropping my dog off and getting out to my car, I went back inside to get her. I couldn't leave her. I was a first time customer and I will not be returning. The girls were talking about the dogs, the girl behind the desk was extremely rude and they gave me a time 2 hrs after the scheduled pick up time. Their terrible customer service is someone else's gain.

The customer service here is horrible every time I go. Seems like most employees hate their life. Judging by other reviews, the management doesn't seem to care.
Purchased petsmart brand simply nourish dog food and found metal in a piece of dog food. We called and returned the bag to the location to have them open an incident report. The manager was rude to my wife and offered little assistance. We were given another bag only to find metal in this bag as well.
