My puppy was scheduled for the "Puppy Playdate" event they were having. We were even the first one to sign up. My puppy has all her shots as required. The day of I brought my puppy in and they didn't like that my records were hand written and that there wasn't an expiration date noted. All shots are a year anyway, everyone knows that. I think this before and after photo says enough . They even shaved her whiskers off which everyone knows is a huge no no. My dog was sick for several days after this appointment , and i asked not to have her shaved, they did refund me my money back and the manager agreed that this is not ok, but it was a very bad experience for my puppy.
These guys are a mess not only are they dysfunctional but has no business manners whatsoever the service sucks I make an appointment online and they are always calling at the last minute to change the time and it's always the times that are inconvenient... it doesn't matter who you choose as a groomer... RecommendedWe have taken Sophie to petsmart for grooming the entire time we have had her. She had some trouble with her last appointment and they called to check on her. I let them know the difficult decision we had to make to put her down. They are making a donation to the Humane Society in her honor. 💜💜💜💜
My friend got her dog groomed at a different PetSmart location and her dog is the same size/breed as mine. The service was great and cut looks awesome. She referred me so I immediately booked ASAP. The groomer called me the day before my dogs grooming appointment. Left me a voicemail canceling his appointment with no option to reschedule they just said it takes too long because of his size. The grooming salon always does a fantastic job grooming my Lucy. I can tell they truly love their clients.
The staff are so good to our pets and they make every effort to be helpful! Our pup is going through obedience classes here. Todd and his background, love for what he does and each dog has had a great outcome for us in training our pup!

I really enjoy my frequent trips to Sawmill Petsmart! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable for being such a huge store! If they are helping another customer, I will take a few minutes and visit their pets for adoption or watch the talented pet groomers in the front window.
