Took my Chiweenie in because he broke a dew claw. When i picked him up, they did a great job at Banfield(as always) and he was ready to go home. My car wouldnt start and I asked if i could wait for someone in the puppy training area where it was cool since Otter had been sedated. A young lady cleaned up the room and let me wait there. A few minutes later, she came back and offered to jump my car off. Thank you. You got me and my pal home. I didnt get her name, but every company needs people like that working for them.
Love this petsmart, Mom always buys me the best toys and food for My dog, cats, guinea pigs & ferrets. Yes I have all type of animals. And I will have a zoo in my house if I could. Thanks so much guys for all y'all help and great services for 5 yrs we've been coming to the Loganville location
Grooming staff are absolutely wonderful! Will definitely be bringing my babygirl back to them!
Took my yorkie for her appointment at the groomer only to be told it’s a 3 to 4 hour wait. Needless to say I will not return for grooming but will return for store items.
Ashlee Teasley is the best!! She is always so gentle and caring towards my puppy! If you need anything for your pet you should ask for her! She is FANTASTIC!!
