My experience with Jenifer the dog trainer has been excellent. She’s very patient with my very stubborn dog! I highly recommend her.
They will give you a time to have your dog groomed and when you get there they say oh we don’t have a slot for you today are we are not able to find your appointment. This has happened more than one time for me I am done with this bunch of incompetent fools I will go further and pay more to keep from doing business with this group ever again 😠😠😠😠

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THE GROOMING SALON! My dog was mistreated by the groomer. She almost choked her with the choke collar, which was terrifying for both me and my dog. My dog had been groomed there for over a year without any issues. The last few times I took her she was anxious, apprehensive and clearly scared. I didn't know why. Now I do. The groomer put the choke collar on her and she resisted, so she pulled her so tight that my dog went belly up and she kept pulling her almost dragging her as she was choking her! And... read more
It's a great store with awesome people that care about animals.
The Grooming dept is horrible , the manager of grooming dept is rude , I reported her to the store manager , he apologized for her behavior. I had my moms shitzu groomed there it was pricey, all I did was ask for a bandana for Buffy , my mom is 80 years old and she likes to see the bandana on her fur baby , when I asked for one , she sternly told me , you can have one “ if you pay for it “ I paid over $50 for the groom it should include a 4x4 piece of cloth . My little Lucy got her first puppy hair cut yesterday and got to visit Santa �, I love how everyone is attentive and helpful, great place for a puppy and me outing, the sales are great and I always leave with more than I came for.
The people at PetSmart in Loganville Georgia truly are customer service oriented. They go out of their way to help their customers walk out of the door with a smile. I was in there this afternoon and was given excellent customer service.
