Always recieved great service while checking out with my items. Also Leigh did a great job training my new rescue dog. Would highly recommend her and the dog training program that they have!
I had a 5pm appointment with a 8pm pick up, after more than an hour wandering the store, I got my fur baby back, at 9:10pm. To my total surprise, when we got home, I realized that the hair was totally messed up, I'm a guy, so I'm not overly picky, but it was horrible! They actually had to look at a picture of a Yorkie 'teddy bear' cut. And STILL TOTALLY FAILED. Never again.
Great place!! I love the staff they take the time that pet need well for my is fine.
Bethany groomed my Yorkie. She is AWESOME! She was gentle and very easy with him! This was a experience I had faced with anxiety but she made it so easy! So glad I took him there! She will be seeing us a lot in the future!
Great groomer staff! My pup looked so shiny and smooth! Any of the ladies I would recommend :)
