RecommendedAppreciate the help with thr cat adoption program and helping care for so many rescues until they find forever homes.
Have managers that actually know whats going on in their stores. IE: If an employee quits, manager should know what classes and parents are in each class and make sure they have a smooth transition!!

ITS A VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION. I spent over an hour trying to get an extra certificate honored, even after corporate spoke to them they couldn't complete my transaction. NOT ONLY ARE THEY NOT TRAINED THEY OBVIOUSLY DON'T CARE. I FINALLY RECIEVED MY DOG FOOD HOWEVER THEY DECIDED NOT TO ALLOW ME TO KEEP MY CERTIFICATE SO I COULD USE THE BALANCE.
my husky still smelled really bad and was not brushed well!
Brittanie was the best .. My polo can be soo difficult sometimes and she made him look great! she cuddled him n made him comfortable. I really appreciate her. we will b back to see her �
