I just had my dogs hair done today and he was a mess when I took him in. He has been having a hard time to walk so I told beckey that his legs may hurt him .When I went to pick him up she said hat his polet were full and not able to clean them out . I took him tho betfield and they said that it was real bad .Will to make this short he is now walking like he use to and is so happy .I will always bring him to beckey to have his hair done and to petsmart a great place . This chain does not allow its employees to say Merry Christmas to their customers even when addressed this way, the manager Kay has very poor customer service attitude, they have even threatened employees with being fired for saying Merry Christmas,will not do business with a company that thinks it has the right to violate a persons freedom of religion or freedom of speech, what is America coming to
