This location is always smelly (pee scented to the max) and just vaguely creepy. I rarely see more than one employee in the whole store. It’s a wasteland and I avoid going here like the plague unless it’s an emergency. I really don’t understand why it’s like this? But honestly corporate should be aware. Just go inside on a random day and you’ll observe this. Never been in a petsmart quite like it. I.e. this level of poor shape.
Very friendly employees , eager to help . We found everything we were looking for & got some really great buys on sale merchandise.

Haley does an awesome job with my 4 doggies!! They always look and smell awesome!
My dog went to the groomer today and sustained a minor injury. I want to applaud Haley in the grooming department for her compassion and concern for my dog. She genuinely cared and it showed during this whole ordeal. Thank you Haley for making this situation the best it could be considering. I appreciate your help.
