always a great expierence. The groomers care for the pets as if they are their own. Our pup seemed to be comfortable going here to be groomed. It is a great service to offer inside a pet shop, and they were always fast. Appointments were never a problem.
Staff is very willing to help I have had nothing but good experiences in this Petsmart. I have purchase bird supplies, fish supplies, and dog supplies here. The staff is always very willing to help you find a product or a solution to a problem. I feel that the prices are competitive with other pet stores in the area. They seem to always have a lot people in here having their dogs groomed who seem to be very pleased with their experience as well. The store has always appeared to be very tidy and clean when I have gone in.
