Definitely should have recorded it or said something if that girl really thought the groomer was abusing the dog. It looks like the groomer is plucking ear hair out and newsflash: DOGS DONT LIKE IT! But it's necessary. There's just not enough information for people to be wanting this poor girl fired. I feel really bad for her. Too many people are too critical of people grooming their dogs. People that work with animals need to actually "love" animals or they need to get another job. ����
