RecommendedWe finished up a six week puppy training clas with Olivia and it was fantastic!! I love how she remembered all the dogs names. Worked individually with each of us on different things we were having trouble and kept the class fun and entertaining for the dogs and the people!! I can’t wait to continue to the next phase!! I highly recommend Olivia and all the awesome peeps at this particular petSmart!! You guys rock!!

RecommendedTook my 8 week old today for her puppy grooming and bath. Took less then an hour, her face was clean and freshly cut along with feet and nails nicely trimmed even gave her a pretty bow with a bell. Katherine was awesome no complaints we will be back :)

My dog had a 9 am grooming appointment. She is a small morkie. I dropped her off at 8:45. Didn't hear anything from them so decided to call at 12:30 and they said "20 more minutes" so I drove to the store to see what was the hold up. After being informed that it be another half another I asked what was taking so long. They said they had a busy day so I talked to a manager and they just said they'll see why it's taking so long. I finally got my dog at 1:45. Very disappointed. Almost 5 hours she was kept there. Very bad custom... read more

Highly recommend the dog training. Olivia is amazing!! Very patient with both dog and person. She makes it easy, and designs the training in a way that doesn't add that much time to your already overscheduled life.
Dog crap on the floor right as you walk in I notified a employee who said ok and walked away. After roughly 15 mins of shopping walking to the register,still there. I spoke to a manger and he informed me he was working on it and walked away... Very Rude. this was on a Tuesday afternoon not busy at all.Will never go back
