They did an amazing job with my Pekinese and Japanese Chin the cutest grooming ever...
I usually love this place as it is my main pet store. However, Sunday was a disaster. I went in to spend $100 on my coupon on my mobile device. Long story short, it was rang up wrong by the cashier and I literally stood there for 45 minutes waiting for it to be fixed. And when all was said and done, management did not apologize, management kept walking away from the cashier and then they gave me my discount on a PetSmart gift card...unbelievable. The groomers at PetSmart in Mt Vernon are EXCELLENT!! They are so good with our pups and we'll keep using them as long as we're in this area. They were excited to do Scottie cuts :).
