Good customer service will prevent reviews like this. There is an Assistant manager, the older lady with blonde hair, that is the rudest person. I’ve had a few instances with her and today was the last. I went in to get crickets and a few cat items. I waited at the crickets for 15 minutes. Not one employee said a word to me. They knew I was there because I pushed the help needed button. Finally one employee said, “I’ll be with you but it’s going to be a while” and hurried off… See more
It is super ridiculous that you can not drop your pet off even 5 minutes early to their grooming appointment. A lot of people, including me, leave early to make sure they are there on time in case of traffic or something. Then you have to sit out in your car and wait for the exact time to drop them off. There is absolutely no reason that you can’t drop them off a few minutes early and have them wait in the kennels in the back that they have to wait in anyways. i did a appointment at the groomers and try to drop off my dog a little earlier and they toll me i have to be back until 12 because is the appointment time since is a express service , i always get the service wish it takes up to 2 hrs and pay around $60. i will never be back so stupid
