The manager Sharlene is a really nice person. All the employees try to help you find whatever you need. They treat the animal rescues well,and make us feel welcome. Its a great store.
Grooming Time I called yesterday to set up a time to have my American Eskimo Snowie groomed. I was amazed that they were able to get her in that same day. This was her first time at this Pet Smart. The staff were all very attentive to her giving her breaks (she is 16 & deaf) during her grooming. They went up and above my expectations! I give my highest praise for a job well done. Try them out, I promise you won't be disappointed in the staff or the service!
