Jocelyn did such a great job on Bella! Bella is a rescue and gets so traumatized when she isn’t by my side. By the time I picked Bella up she had bonded with Jocelyn, and wasn’t anxious at all. We definitely will be coming back to PetSmart and requesting Jocelyn.
