Avoid it! This store has SERIOUS customer service problems, Diane is a horrible cashier, she is rude and nasty to people. She refused a return to another customer, and when they left, she talked badly about them while slamming items into the bags. I witnessed her yell at another cashier on a separate incident, telling her that she was stupid. They have been having problems with her for years and years according to another cashier, but they never seem to get rid of her. The management here must be crazy for making that woman ... read more
They hurt my dog I took my 3 year old dog there to get his nails cut. They were not friendly at all, then made him bleed when they cut his nails. In fact by the time we got home he was bleeding a TON. I managed to get it to stop and he is ok but I would never take him back there. They were so rude and uncaring about the fact that they hurt him
They hurt my dog too! Everyone there was friendly and we have bought multiple supplies from the store for our 3 year old mini poodle. Our little guy is very well behaved, and the groomer even said so. But when we took him back he was shaking and crying and didn't stop all the way home. Then we discovered they had cut his face while grooming him. I mean, I know it's a close cut, but he had a huge gash and it was terrible and obviously hurt him. I won't take him there again.
Nice pet supplies I have never taken a pet to Pet Supply, but have purchased supplies. They have everything you could ever need for your pets. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. PROS: friendly, helpful CONS: none
Grooming I have taken my mini-schnauzer to this Petsmart twice for grooming. Both the girls were very nice and Munchi was fine when we left. They always find time to talk to me about her and how she was while they worked on her. I always used the Petsmart in Castleton, but moved north. I have to agree with the review about the cashiers though, they need to work on their people skills.
