I believe the store manager needs to be trained over, or let go all together. Shame on you PET SMART. You may want to re think your stores name as well, nothing smart about what was said and done.
My wife made an appointment to have our dog bathed and nails clipped. When I dropped our dog off for the appointment, they kept trying to up sell me on useless add-ons (oatmeal shampoo, she'd-x, etc). I told them that we only wanted the basic bath and nail clipping over and over. "just give me what my wife ordered, what we got last time." Four hours later when I went back, they tried to make me pay a $50 bill. I told them that this is not we ordered and the bill should only be $27.
