Annoyed that I brought my dog up for a nail grinding only to find out that the groomers decided to leave early for the day.
We visited the Chesterfield, Mo. store yesterday while picking up our new puppy. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful with our purchase. :)
They diagnosed my dog with bone cancer without even having full evidence... We went to an emergency vet and they told us that it was just arthritis... I'm never going back their ever and won't recommend it to anyone...
I think the manager needs to find a new job after displacing the cats over a personal FB post, which indicated same store asked woman to leave because she brought in a harnessed baby goat. Worse part is, neither this petsmart or corporate are responding to anyone's emails or phonecalls. How is that for professional attitude???? Shame in you!
Piiful excuse for a PET store.pets come in a lot of different shapes, sizes and species. I had 2 baby goats that I bottle fed and they would come in the house! The were pets!
Why do you feel you have the right to decide what is an "appropriate" pet for someone. Shame on you Petsmart.
I was informed today..that you made a woman who had a pet goat.(.yes they are pets also ) leave your store even though She was there to buy a collar and a leash because your manager didn't think it was an appropriate pet?. I have shared her encounter publicly on facebook. And this review is for others who visit here know how horrible your establishment is.
