We bought our son 2 guinea pigs and were told they were both females and this store ONLY sold females. Well, we were lied to and now have a pregnant guinea pig. This specific PetSmart has caused us problems from the beginning. Three days after buying the guinea pigs we had to return them because they were sick and they had to stay at the veterinarians for 2 weeks. Then we got a call saying the guinea pigs were accidentally sold to other people. Next, another phone call saying they were found and for us to pick them up...and ... read more
5 stars for the Grooming area. Zimmy always does an Awesome job with my Cali. The entire grooming staff is always so friendly and professional.
