I came to Pet smart as usual to get food for Daisy, and wouldn't you know it.... ONCE AGAIN, THEY DONT HAVE IT!!!! I can't even begin to tell you how many times Pet smart has completely hosed me on her food.... Right now words can't describe how pissed I am.... Pet smart, I'd have some very expressive words for you and this store, but I don't want to get banned and there are kids who may see this.... Starting today, I'll avoid shopping in your store unless it's a life or death situation. You get 4 thumbs down!!!!
Took all 4 of our dogs today for grooming and baths. The service was excellent and all of my fur kids looked great. Thanks to the wonderful staff.

Lela is THE BEST employee at the Urbana Pike Frederick Petsmart! She trained our pup and he still is excited to see her everytime we visit. She just saved our Santa photos and we love her!! The Reimer Family
Shout out to Shannon in the grooming salon! Picked up Cali and she was EXACTLY how I wanted her! I have had trouble finding the perfect groomer for her...but I finally did tonight!!! :) Also shout out to Lela the dog trainer! She is amazing and I have taken ALL of her classes! Cali LOVES her and will seek her out the moment we walk in there!
Brought our puppy here for training and was very pleased with the expertise and professionalism of both of the trainers. I would highly recommend the training program here, well worth the time and money!
This was my first visit to PetSmart/Banfield and what a wonderful experience we had. We had a nurse by the name of Brandy who was extremely nice and absolutely wonderful with our first pet kitty Mia! My daughter wants to be a vet when she grows up and Brandy let her help every step of the way. Brandy was also very helpful explaining everything to me. I would definitely recommend Banfield to anyone!
