This was by far the worst customer experience of my life. Dropped my dog off for a 10 AM appointment. The employees showed up after 10. They were not prepared to receive the dogs. There were four dogs waiting, but only two groomers. I was told it would take three or four hours to groom my dog. I do typically like this Petsmart the staff if helpful and friendly. However I do find it a little sad that corporate has found yet another way to make life miserable for the Lil bettas. In addition to their roomy 16oz of water they now have decided to show off their colors with a bright led light under each tub. Warning: The Banfield Pet Hospital has terrible customer service. I took my dog in for his appt and they told me I’ll need to reschedule because it “somehow got cancelled”. Not by me. When I asked how long it would be to wait they said they are booked solid and can’t give me a time. They also said they can’t put me in front of anyone else because that would “disrupt their quality of service”.
