I have been bringing my dogs here for years, & have always been pleased with the service. This week I took my dog to get groomed, & he got a nose bleed while he was getting a bath. The groomer (which I have had before & I love her) immediately called me to let me know she was taking him to the animal ER. I walked in & it was apparent that she literally took him as soon as it happened! He had shampoo in his hair! I am not impressed with this place. Hearing how they treat their animals is heart breaking.
Stopped by 15 minutes before closing to grab specialty cat food for a new concern with our sweet kitty. Coincidentally, we had visited the other major chain pet store, also just before closing, only a few nights ago. WOW, what a huge difference in the treatment we received. Tonight we had a very helpful, not rushed employee show us the many options available. She helped with our puppy as I paid. Finally, the dog trainer (I'm guessing as she had treats on her) very nicely spoke to us and our puppy without any hint that it was... read more

My wife and I take our shitzu / bichon mix pup Nora for her grooming needs. Amanda is wonderful and so sweet. We love taking her there. Staff is very friendly.
