I have an older German shepherd that I paid to have the luxury spa package(most expensive)and when i picked her up she had only received a Furminator bath and a general brushing. No sanitary trim(which is predominantly the reason I get her groomed) no nail trim and no haircut any where else(paws, belly, legs or tail) she also did not have the bandana and toy that was also listed to be included in the package, as well as everything i listed above. I always get my puppy groomed here ! They have always been top notch!!!! Highly recommend!
This location is really disappointing compared to other stores. I have been trying to buy clown loaches and have showed up a couple times to check their stock. Previously, they have had clown loaches with "ick" which is a parasite sickness. I came back a month later and they only had 3/4 baby ones that would get picked on from my other fish. So, been a fish enthusiast for many years. Did the proper maintenance and cycling for a twenty gallon tank before bringing this little girl home. She was very chill and didn't freak when I held the cup, she was also very activitly swimming in the cup beforehand. Night and day difference. Extremely Disappointed – I Won’t Be Returning I’ve been bringing my dogs to this PetSmart grooming location for over 5 years, but the quality and care have seriously declined. On my most recent visit, I was told the grooming would take 3–4 hours. After 5 hours with no call or update, I went in—only to find out my dogs still wasn’t finished. No communication, no apology.
