Thank you for the excellent customer service at the Richfield MN this week. When we set up the new aquarium kit we discovered a crack in the glass. Brought it back but there was not another of the same item in stock. They replaced it with an upgraded brand immediately. Totally unexpected but so much appreciated! Thank you for the great service!
The problem, which I have posted in other places, was their refusal to honor our check, even though we could show them our bank balance. We have purchased large quantities of cat food there for more than 10 years, and for once when we needed to use a check, no dice—meaning no loyalty or consideration either.
Checked grooming hours online, got in the car and drove over to your store tonight at 8pm because your website stated grooming 7am-9pm ... no one there. Huge disappointment and ridiculous waste of time. Fix your site please!
My 3 babies Dachshund meet Santa yesterday, first time and it was fun!!!! Thank you PetsMart to doing this for our fur kids!
