Anything here seems to take forever. I was able to do this review, while standing in line and that's after 15 minutes of waiting. No sense of urgency among staff whatsoever
I like them because they actually have someone who weekly inventories and keeps in stock what i purchase every two weeks for cat food
Constantly understaffed. Takes 30+ minutes to get crickets. Takes forever to check out. Employees slow and don't seem to know what they are doing. Is anyone in charge here?
People are friendly. Consider getting a Banfield membership for your pet. It's saved me thousands of dollars over the life of my dog so far (from emergency surgeries, to routine maintenance).
All of the staff were very attentive and courteous. Always clean and orderly whenever I've gone in. Nothing but accolades about the store and staff.
Went to get feeder fish and you had them in stock thank you! We also purchased a doggie bed there was a price issue but checker corrected it and we were very pleased the way she handled it! Great customer service! When ever we need anything fish doggie things ECT we drove to your location! We love this store!
I was so impressed. I recently purchased a white-winged parakeet here. I visited a few times before adopting him. The staff was wonderful and answered all questions and concerns I had. They truly cared for the bird. Kat, Bethany, and all the staff I interacted with were awesome.
