Not the best I have taken my dog to this location of 4 different occasions. The staff is somewhat rude and there is no waiting area for the dogs. You have to wait outside the door until someone else comes out. The grooming is ok but I have had better. All in all it is not the worst place in the world. PROS: Location CONS: Friendliness of staff, waiting area, overall grooming
Excellent Customer Service It is easy to find a customer service representative if you need help finding something or have a question, and after you check out, they will graciously help you carry your purchases to your vehicle.
Very long lines also my dog teeth was not clean
Today I couldn't wait to get the hell out of your store (never mind that it's Saturday and you had only one person at the checkout ) ... who the hell takes care of the adoption 'area'? Why is there a 2 month old kitten alone in a 'cell' ....there was no one there to interact with any of them .. and no one to ask about adopting any of them ... am I angry? Like you wouldn't believe how angry ...
bad customer service, young lady in the fish department is rude and management is useless, went to petco and got what I needed.

put in online order and the staff was so lazy they only grabbed one of my items and told me that they didn't have my other items when in fact they were on the shelf Stafford's just too lazy to get all my items.
Terrible customer service! No one knows what’s going on or how to appropriately work with customers.
