The employee's at the Grooming Salon are far from being professional. Their work is bad, sloppy, untrained groomers, their work ethics are crap. They do not do work that is signed for. If you want your pets treated bad, them Pet Smart is the place to take them. They lost business on a bad note. Pastor Victor Giron
I took my monkey butt ( aka dog ) to banfield for his check up. I shop there a lot anyway & the staff is always so friendly. I love it!!! I was just reading the reviews & everyone is very friendly but the grooming area is not up to par@ all. I took my great dane there a couple months ago...she came home with a nick. So I will say although the rest of the store is great..staff..especially banfield the grooming station SUCKS. My monkey butt needs to be groomed but I WILL NOT be taken him there...sorry but they really do suck�
Waited 10-15 minutes in the tropical fish area, while 2 employees conversed with each, without being acknowledged. Guess my business isn't important.
I was so pleased with the groomers at the PetSmart in Arvada. This was my first time going there. I had already gone to another groomer and was unhappy with the turnout, they didn't do what i had asked. But WOW... My pup Peanut looked amazing. His hair was like a new born baby's hair, super soft. He smelled so good and they did exactly what I asked for the cut. I highly recommend them for your grooming needs. Chrissy was my groomer.
