RecommendedI have taken my pets to this pet store for supplies and to Banfield the pet Hospital inside of the store for 10 years. Yes I recommend them. Service oriented, neat, friendly, they have most items in stock most of the time. Check them out.
I will NEVER take my dogs back to this place for grooming. My mother went in there and they were being extremely rough with the dogs they had and when my mom mentioned something to the MANAGER they were extremely rude and told her that they “can’t make any promises” that they would be gentle with our dog who is very old and has serious hip problems. I have spent several thousand dollars with this store I have done all my dogs shits, puppy school, and $30-$100 in treats every week along with toys, collars and several harnesses. Today I tried to go return a shampoo and a cream along with a harness which when purchased I was told bring it back if you are not happy no big deal and the manager said I was not able to because it was past there return date. I will not spend another dollar there and will cancel all the future vet appointments and classes I have already scheduled... read more
