I was a truck driver delivering products too the store. very nice and friendly crew...no problems...
I bought some wax worms and I got down the road and noticed all of them were dead so I took them back to Pet Smart and the worker said they were not dead they were just cold so I take them home and I leave them out and still not one wax worm moved so I took them somewhere that sells feeder insects and they said the wax worms were dead. So don't buy wax worms from Pet smart and what's bad is when she showed me all the other wax worms all of them were dead! I have my dog Reagan bathed at Petsmart at least once a month. Today I booked an appointment online and received a confirmation for a bath at 2:30pm April 25th. When my husband arrived to drop off Reagan he was told they would not honor the appointment. James, the manager, said this was a corporate issue with allowing bookings when he doesn't have the time or staff to accommodate the appointments. He was rude and very uncooperative. I have always had great Service here. My Grand dog and I take several trips there together and she gets a bath, nail trim and a treat. Everyone is always kind and helpful.
