They have the filthiest fish tanks I have seen anywhere and the employees in that area are quite rude as well.

Store presentation is awful. Tanks are in awful shape, dead fish everywhere, algae, and parasitic snails. No small animal selection. Little stock. Used to like this store.

Nice selection and People
My doggie Tyrion Barksdale got her first bath today and the groomers were awesome! She had a lovely spa day and got some goodies.
Good selection of pet items. Training for dogs available. Santa visits.
I spent the better part of an hour shopping online only to find almost everything I needed for my fosters isn’t available at Jones Valley Huntsville AL or things that were in my cart were no longer available. I was shopping online to save 5% and earn more reward treats. In the time it took to shop online I could have driven to the store, shopped, and been back home. So much time wasted to save 5%. Never again.
Had my 10 yr old collie groomed today, and she looks better than she ever did after a groom at my vets office. Roughly $60 there vs $32 at PS. PetSmart does a great job for a better price. Win-win!
